At MITA Nutra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
